Descrizione del video: Derick has just finished his lecture covering his new self help book "Think It Through". As he is about to leave, a fan enters the conference room and wants to meet him. She can't stop raving about his book and his work and asks for an autograph. He tells her to come into his office, but she wants his autograph right now...and on her breast! He tries to sign it without grabbing her other breast, but he just can't help himself. She is just not stopping nor is she taking no for an answer.
